I see in the specs that the refresh rate via the HDMI port is only 30 Hz (at 4K resolution), and was wondering if the spec has been updated and not documented yet...  The Z170 chipset with the Alpine Ridge IO controller is capable of driving an HDMI signal at 4K at 60 Hz. I want to get this mobo and use the onboard HDMI for my 4K monitor for the time being. But only if it can do 60 Hz. Asus has a few Z170 mobos that specifically state they will do 60 Hz, but frankly, I hate the white on black color scheme... I haven't looked at any other Tier 1 manufacturer's boards yet.
