Everything is working well after reinstall RGB tool again. so i did not flash the firmware. Dear Ragna-Gauche,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


According to your question, please uninstall the Polychrome utility under Control Panel > Program and then restart system.

After booting into OS again, please install ASRock Polychrome RGB ver:2.0.66.

If the problem stills the same, please refer to following step to re-flash LED firmware:

1. Type "CMD" in search bar and right click to choose "Run as administrator".
2. Typing command "cd C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ASRRGBLED\Bin" to change the root to Polychrome folder.
3. Flash the RGB chip using the following command "WriteFW.bat"

After automatic window 10 update, The RGB utility cannot turn on anymore. It just says "Access violation at address ?¦â€?. babababa
So now what can I do to make it work again. Please help!
