Just built a new pc a couple months ago and everything was running great until a couple nights ago. Out of no where the pch heatsink, io cover RGB lights and my hyper 212 evo CPU cooler started flashing non stop. Ive tried to uninstall the polychrome numerous times, and found a few posts here talking about flashing the RGB chip in the CMD promt, but when i did that it just brings up a message saying that the flash is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Ive turned everything off in the BIOS, and now the RAM just stays in rainbow mode, when before i had everything in static green to match my case and mouse/keyboard.
