Should clarify I had two kits of this, both did that speed and timings with no fuss or extra voltage.

The Patriot Viper Steel kits are pretty good and pretty cheap. I don't know about the lower speed bins, but the faster ones are B-Die.

I've got the 4000mhz cl19 kit, and I've got it tuned to 3800 cl16. ive been using/advising the crucial ballistix for a while now seems very happy on am4 ryzens
