Let us help you with this.
1. Please remove the power connector and refer to page. 20 from the link below to clear the CMOS.

2.Please try to reinstall the RAM to different slots.
3.Please try reinstalling the CPU. (Check if the CPU pins are correctly sitted)
4.If possible, please try with a different RAM.

Hi there -

First time pc builder. I have a build that I can't get to power on no matter what I do. I've run through assembly a couple of times but I can't get the fans to power on and when I turn the power on the motherboard only flashes red. If there is any one who could help me troubleshoot the issue I'm seeing I would be grateful.
