There are quality differences between APUs.

Or the memory is not quite okay, then please check the memory with Memtest 8.4.
The package comes with a dual USB front ports as well as a WiFi+Bluetooth M.2 Kit from Intel (AX200NGW).

Everything works great with the exception of Bluetooth. When it's working fine, there's a blue Bluetooth icon appear on the bottom right of the screen.

When problem happen, the Bluetooth icon will go missing and all my prior connected devices (mouse, keyboard, speaker) will cease to work.

The only way is to perform a hard shutdown by pressing and hold the power button. Thereafter, press the power button to restart again.

And I also realized that when the Bluetooth icon went missing, I tried to use a USB wired mouse. However, all the USB ports are NOT working with the exception of the front USB 3.0 port (in blue).

I'm running on Windows 10 PRO 20H2 (19042.330) x64 version. I have also installed Intel Driver & Support Assistant to scan and update the Bluetooth drivers.

Intel WiFi 6 AX200 160Mhz driver - v21.90.3.2 dated 5th Apr'20

Intel Wireless Bluetooth - v21.90.2.1 dated 22nd Apr'20

Any guide/suggestion in resolving this nagging issue?
