Hello dear community,

I am new here and I need some help.

I would like to overclock my Core 2 Quad Q8300 to 3.0 GHz,on my AsRock P45DE3 motherboard.

Please help me with the settings and the values,because I don't know what should I enable/disable, and please help me with setting of the voltage.
