Regarding your case, we provide some suggestion to try.
1. Install the latest VGA driver from AMD official website.
2. Modify the fan curve by AMD Radeon software.
3. Run some graphic stress test and check if the fan works.

Hello,

I have asrock taichi x5700 xt the fan doesn?™t work my graphic card is new I read before that I should update the vBIOS and I did and it?™s still doesn?™t work so please any suggestions for that problem?
