Please load BIOS default by pressing F9 and F10 button.
2. Please install the newest driver for the graphics card.
3. Please install only CPU, one stick RAM and graphics card.
4. Try to stress loading on the graphics card to allow graphics card to run at higher rate.
5. If possible, try to clean install Windows 10 OS.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD
As for the X8, what CPU are
you using? APUs have less PCIe lanes and as such only provide x8 to the PCIe2 slot.

From your user manual wrote:

AMD Ryzen series CPUs (Matisse, Summit Ridge and Pinnacle Ridge)
- 2 x PCI Express 3.0 x16 Slots (single at x16 (PCIE2); dual at x16 (PCIE2) / x4 (PCIE4))*
AMD 7th A-Series APUs
- 2 x PCI Express 3.0 x16 Slots (single at x8 (PCIE2); dual at x8 (PCIE2) / x2 (PCIE4))*
AMD Ryzen series CPUs (Picasso, Raven Ridge)
- 2 x PCI Express 3.0 x16 Slots (single at x8 (PCIE2); dual at x8 (PCIE2) / x4 (PCIE4))*
AMD Athlon series CPUs
- 2 x PCI Express 3.0 x16 Slots (single at x4 (PCIE2); dual at x4 (PCIE2) / x2 (PCIE4))*

Edited by Xaltar - 23 Jun 2020 at 3:02pm
