Hello.
I'm not native English, my English will be poor. Please understand.
I use the speakers connected to the audio jack on the back panel as the default audio playback device. I don't use the monitor's sound device.
There are no problems in normal use (e.g. watching YouTube, listening to music, watching videos).
However, when i run a heavy game (e.g., Civilization 6, Kingdom Come: Deliverance), the sound is intermittently cut off, and then there is no sound, or the playback device disappears and there is no sound.
Most games have problems,
but there is no sound issue when playing League of Legends.

This problem has been quite a long time lasting.
I reinstalled Windows 10 several times
I tried installing various sound drivers such as the basic installation of Windows/asrock site version/other latest version.
All had the same problem.
Please let me know the solution.
