    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=14896">nima</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 14826<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 30 Jun 2020 at 1:56pm<br /><br />Hi<br /><br />I have a Fatal1ty X399 Professional motherboard and I just upgraded my CPU to 2970WX<br /><br />system works without any problem, no crash or bsod BUT when I turn on the computer for very first time it turns on and turns off immediately and turns on by itself again and system boots<br /><br />I believe this is the BIOS issue, I have the latest BIOS flashed, cleared the CMOS several times but still when I turn on the computer for very first time it turns off immediately and turns on again. all of my components are fine and this problem just started after I upgraded my CPU to TR4 2970WX. <br /><br />Any Idea?]]>
