My Fried Came Over a bit ago and we put an old rx 9000 series very old...
The computer booted fine and we got the ancient drivers installed.
he didn't know if the GPU was garbage or not and it worked.
Besides that when he left we took it back out and went on our own ways.
Well now my mobo just blinks red no post no fan spin nothing just the onboard leds blink red.

CPU Ryzen 5 2600
GPU Nvidia GTX 1650 Super
MOBO ASROCK B450 STEEL LEGEND
PSU APEX GAMING AG750w

I have tried clearing the CMOS nothing has helped.
