If you are not sure how to set it up
you can look for a build guide for a high airflow system. There are plenty of
good ones out there

Please enter to BIOS setup and load BIOS default setting via [F9] key.
2. Under BIOS setup > H/W Monitor tab, please adjust the CPU fan to full speed to improve CPU heat dissipation.
3. Only install CPU, one stick memory, graphics card and system disk.
4. Install additional Chassis Fan to cool down the environment temperature of your chassis.
5. If possible, please install another CPU.
6. If possible, please re-install a clean Windows 10 OS.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD
Is there any suggestion to improve or fix it for my board.
I just use default BIOS setting with clean Win10 system

BR
