Hey, actually it is not relate to BIOS update. It is just Windows update and the next day system can shut down normally. 1. Please load BIOS default setting via [F9] key and press [F10] to save the setting.
2. Try to power off the system under BIOS by pressing the power button.

Recently I update to BIOS 3.70 and then encounter a problem.
The board cannot shut down, monitor is off but CPU and chassis fan still spin with RGB light.
I have checked the window10 power options and everything shows ok.
I have reinstalled the 3700X cpu but no luck either. Seem like a BIOS problem?
