This worked for me.

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ASRRGBLED\Bin
Launch WriteFW.bat
And wait

i had a different problem but this command seem to reset Polychrome settings. Buy a new mobo that doesn't use Polychrome.

Only solution to any of the b450m boards ASRock made that I've came across.

I just installed an RGB strip on the addressable header of my B450M Steel Legend, booted the pc up, opened Polychrome and i can't even select the addressable RGB to change it´s mode or color.
