The manual doesn't make that clear. Its been written to seem like only PCI-E Gen 4 is supported in a future CPU release not that the slot *WILL NOT WORK* unless you have said future CPU. I also forgot to add, I put the drives into the other slot next to the CPU, and both drives work there. Hi guys, can anyone tell me if this slot supports NVME drives? It says it does in the manual and I've put both a Western Digital Black and Intel 660P NVME drives in this slot neither one have been detected.
