Regarding your question, kindly verify with the following suggestions:

1. Please refer to user manual page 27 to clear CMOS, this step make sure system is working in default setting.

2. Please check if the HDD can be detected in BIOS Storage Configuration.
3. Please connect the HDD to other SATA ports by turns to check the function.
4. If possible, please connect another SATA cable.

Hi, my B450 K4 SATA A1/A2 stop working suddenly, there is no any problem before few month.
I can make sure the HDD is no faulty, because I connect it to another system there is no problem booting to WIN10 OS.
So it means my board need RMA?
