ASROCK z490 Phanrom Gamning 4/2.5G

Installed the above gear, Put my old SSD in with windows 10. Everything worked fine, used the rig all day. Next day I did a fresh install of Windows 10 on the M.2 and now there's devices that will not work. One of them being the Ethernet adapter. I used a USB to get the latest drivers, but no luck. The BIOS though, will connect to the internet and i updated the BIOS to the latest version.
