Motherboard- ASRock B450m Steel Legend
CPU- AMD Ryzen 5 1600
GPU- GeForce 750Ti
RAM- Dual G.Skill Ripjaws V 16gb
PSU- EVGA 600w ATX 12V
Case- Thermaltake Versa H17

Everything should be hooked up right, the on-board LEDs even light up and power is routing through the on-board USBs (as in when I plug in my phone charger to the USBs my phone gets power), but there's no response on the monitor or from any of the fans??
