This is my spec
B460mitx
I5 10400
DDR4 2133 8GB x2
ADATA M2 sx8200 pro
MSI RX 580 8gb gaming

I try replace different ram , psu , using on board display , install windows on another SSD, even old SATA HD , but on luck windows 10 is lagging and freezing,

Only CPU and motherboard is keep using the same, I wonder

1. ddr4 is not 2666
2. B460 default enabled Base frequency boost, is there anyway to disable BFB ?
