as a rule with the 3000x cpus
set it to 3600 cl16 timings and then the infinity fabric will run 1800mhz

you wont notice much difference if any to frames , but should be stable on cold boots then

to be honest if its ok warm boot just fails cold , you might get it stable with a bump of ram voltage to 1,4v or a bit higher

it seems the new 3000XT cpus can mostly all hold 3800mhz/1900 fabric ok , but they are very expensive at the moment

If i leave the pc off overnight the motherboard reboots 3 times and the bios resets and i have to keep setting the bios and it reboots and boots fine.. I can reboot and it boots just fine.. I can turn off the computer for a bit and it boots fine.. I keep reading it is a memory issue. My ram is running at 3800Mhz with the clock at 1900Mhz with everything else set to default.
