Regarding your question, kindly verify with the following suggestions:

1. Please refer to the user manual page 30 to make clear CMOS.

2. Only install CPU, one stick RAM, Graphics card and CPU fan to check if the behavior stills the same.
3. Connect the fan to each fan header to check if the problem relates to specific header.
4. If possible, please connect other fans to verify.

Hi, as title, this symptom happens since last week suddenly.
My CPU fan always run at maximum speed and I cannot change it.
Trying to adjust it in BIOS or wIN10 but no help.
I did not change the system device or setting before but now is out of control.

Please help.
