Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


For this case, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Pleas enter BIOS setup and load BIOS default setting via [F9] key.
2. Remove unnecessary devices, only install CPU, one stick memory, graphics card and system disk to verify.
3. Please test other USB ports by turns to verify.
4. If possible, please install another CPU, USB or system disk.

Hi All,
Recently, my B450 Gaming-itx/ac transfer data between USB to HDD or HDD to USB will lost connection so that stop sending files.
I have no idea what is going on about it. Already retry to install win10 again but no work. Is there any other solution or just broken board.
