I have a Asrock Fatal1ty B450 Gaming-ITX/ac and have recently purchased the Asrock Radeon RX 5600 XT Phantom Gaming D3 6G OC. Now I'm not usually a fan of rgb but the graphics card has it on so I'm trying to control it (even to just turn it off).

Both the mobo and the card are polysync compatible and I installed the software but ASRock Polychrome RGB (the software from the support>download section of the asrock website) doesn't recognize the video card. The Card is greyed out on the left had side of the program as if its not recognized.

I do have Cooler Master ML240L RGB which is recognized and controllable by the program (listen it was on sale and its usually off - not a fan of rgb =D).
