I had a similar problem with my B550 Phantom Gaming-ITX on LAN. After a reboot or wake-up the PC, the network was very slow.

Unplug and replug the network cable did solve it temporary.

Hey everyone I recently built a new PC using the B550 Extreme4 as my MOBO. Lately I'm having problems with my internet speed where it will be normal at times but then be very very slow. It will go from 11.43 mbps to 260 mbps. Had my internet company come out first because at first I thought it was them but when he plugged into his laptop he was getting what he was supposed to be getting.
