Regarding your question,
1. Press F11 when POST can get into boot menu.
2. BIOS only supports certain resolutions. Have you tried with different HDMI monitor?

So, I have been using my A300W since April 2019, however, there are two issues that I am curious about.

1 - I know that the DEL key will take me to the BIOS, but is there a hotkey that will bring up a boot menu, so I can select a device to boot from (ie: USB stick vs the NVMe SSD)?

2 - Why is it that the BIOS won't display via HDMI? It seems that I can only view it when connected via Display Port. If it matters, my monitor is an Acer XR382CQK (38 inch, 3840x1600 resolution).
