Is the CPU an i7 9700 or does it have letters after the 9700 (F, K, KF, U etc)?

You did not list a GPU so if the CPU is an "F" SKU then that would explain the
beeps. The "F" or "KF" denotes it does not have an iGPU. If it is a standard
9700 then try clearing CMOS on both setups, it could be that the boards were

I am building two gaming PC's both identical setups. Both machines post 5 beeps at power up and go no further. What am I missing. I find it har to believe I have two DOA CPU's HELP!!!
