I am not sure how you are going to get 4650G Pro to work. Bios 2.80 still does not boot with 4650G Pro and with older CPU it boots but a lot of settings are missing. PCI and DDR/ECC settings for example. Weird anomaly is if three lower PCIe slots (x1, x1 and x4) are populated then second device (x1) is not detected. Switched Bios to 2.60 and all worked again as expected.<br /><br />Question remains how to get 4650G Pro to work.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=16833">Alado</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 15078<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02 Aug 2020 at 1:19am<br /><br />X570 Steel Legend bios 2.80 does not boot with Ryzen Pro 4650G CPU.<br />Just boot loop forever, 20 seconds on, restart, repeat.<br />Only CPU and DRAM leds go active simultaneously and no blinking as would normally be.<br />CMOS clear did not help.<br /><br />Anyone have some suggestions what to do, 4650G PRO is supported starting from bios 2.80 so downgrade cannot help here.<br />Cannot rule out broken CPU but that is usually unlikely. Maybe if someone has same MB and CPU can confirm that this combo works or not.<br /><br />Secondly 2.80 seems to have serius other problems - even with older CPU that boots, two PCIe devices are missing (LAN card and SATA extension card), loading bios settings freezes bios menu and need manual restart. Those functions worked fine with bios 2.30.]]>
