According to your question, there are some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please refer to user manual page 26 to clear CMOS.

2. Check if the storage device can be recognized in BIOS setup.
3. Reinstall a clean Windows 10 OS.
4. If possible, please install the storage device to another system to check if it can work fine.
5. If possible, please install another storage device.

I have a question recently. Sometimes, when I turn up my B450 Steel Legend Motherboard, it will keep freezing at asrock logo and unable to load into windows10, what could cause this?
