I have installed an AMD threadripper into this MB and it will not boot and is giving me the dreaded 00 on the led.

Before I disassemble the mount I wanted to mention that the tiny fans connected to the heatsink attached to the VRms don't appear to spin up. other things on the board light up (the leds near the m2 for example) and my GPU spins up ok.
