Mobo - B550 Taichi
CPU - Ryzen 5800X3D
GPU - Zotac RTX 4080
RAM - GoodRam 64GB (2X32) DDR4 3600MHz

In BIOS 3.90, every time I turn off the computer and unplug it, the BIOS reverts to factory settings after turning it back on! This didn't happen in previous BIOS versions. In the B550 Taichi motherboard, after updating the BIOS to version B550TC3.90, a terrible problem occurs, and that is that you cannot use Secure Boot and XMP on the motherboard at the same time, and the BIOS automatically returns to the initial settings?!! I really complain about the lack of support and follow-up from Asrock. This motherboard does not provide any updates to match new games, especially Kalaf, which is completely rebooting in this game. Now they have revealed a new masterpiece!!!!!!

MoBo - AB350 pro4 6.4 bios
CPU - Ryzen 7 3700x
Gpu - Aorus 3080
Ram - G.skill Trident Z (16gbx2) 3200mhz

So I am wanting to swap my 3700x for a 5700x3d. On the cpu support list for my board I see the 5800x3d, 5600x3d and the 5700x but I do not see the 570px3d. Is it compatible? Also, if it is do I need to update the bios from 6.4 to the newest ones and what order should I do this. with all the bridges involved I just don't want to brick the board.

If this is not the correct place to ask this I apologize. This is one of the most needlessly complicated and poorly organized forum setups ever so I would appreciate if you could steer me in the right direction.

BIOS 3.30
OS: Win 11 Pro
MB: ASRock X870E Nova WiFi
CPU R7 9800X3D
GPU RX 7900 XTX
Creative internal sound card AE-5 Plus
Current RAM Lexar 7200 2x16GB @ 6000 will be changing to GSkill 2x24GB cl 26 DR.

Issue is while in windows, if I select power "Start">"Power">"Shut down" just reboots PC.

Will try other options to shut down, but I don't particularly want to hard shut down.
