Install only one RAM.<br />2. Reinstall the CPU.<br />3. Follow the page.18 from the link below to clear the CMOS.<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;https://download.asrock.com/Manual/B365M%20Pro4.pdf<br />4. Check if power supply wattage is sufficient for the system and re-plug the power supply to the motherboard.<br />5. Remove everything from the system, except for CPU/CPU fan/one RAM/graphics card.<br />6.     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=16887">redhatime</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 15139<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08 Aug 2020 at 12:06pm<br /><br />computer fans are running when i try to boot into bios so i assume that the PC is going into the bios it just won't display it for whatever reason and i need to change my ram speed <br /><br />I have a feeling that it could have something to do with the vga adapter i'm using because my monitor doesn't have any hdmi ports so have to use one of those.<br />would testing a different display only using a hdmi be a bad idea? <br />or should i just troubleshoot something else? <br /><br />also my specs are<br />i5 9400f<br />1660 super <br />asrock b365m pro 4]]>
