Hi All,
Ive just built my first pc using AsRock B550M Steel Legend (R5 3600 RTX 2060).
Today I started to have this issue when I turn ON my pc and enter to Bios, its started to laggy and it take for about 3 seconds to move between the menu.
Ive done some research and did it such as updating my bios and clear cmos but it did'nt worked out.

I dont know what to do anymore because I dont want to void anything since this is my first pc. Should I return the motherboard?
