I switched and tried all USB ports for the LED and it worked, but not my Keyboard, Mouse or anything. The red light that shows up is under the ?œDRAM??Section. Need Help]]>

However, this didn't end up solving my problem. My motherboard still has a breathing red type of effect. I'm not sure if it's a post status check code or not. None of the post status check lights come on to show me what is wrong with my motherboard. Is it possible that I have a faulty motherboard or shorted something on it?]]>

The ram I had bought is ddr4-3200, and the DIMM slots on the b365m phantom require ddr4-2666, 2400, or 2166. I will be returning the ram and replacing it with 2666 MHz sticks.]]>

I tried all the suggestions and my brother was suggesting that I shorted something in the PC, since I built the PC in a room that has carpet. He was talking about static electricity, and although I built it on a large piece of cardboard placed on my bed, it might have been enough to short something. He also said that since my feet were in contact with carpet, it was able to transmit electricity through my hands. I apologize if I sound like an absolute noob. ]]>

Remove<br />it and check for bent pins in the socket or dirty contact pads on the CPU itself.]]>
