Regarding your question, kindly verify the suggestions below:

1. Kindly test with rear / front audio panel.
2. Kindly change another audio device to check if it will work.
3. If possible, please test the same device on another system.
4. If possible, please clean install Windows 10 and download the Realtek audio driver:
https://download.asrock.com/Drivers/Audio/Realtek(v8730.1_UAD_WHQL_RTK).zip

Dear,

Today I turn on my system as usual and I try to listen music from headphone.
But the Realtek audio device disappear in win10 icon without any reason and now I have no idea how to fix it, can anyone help on this case. I am using X570 gaming4 motherboard.
