I'm considering purchasing the ASRock B550M STEEL LEGEND or the ASRock B550M PRO4.

Do either of these motherboards allow me to configure the BIOS/UEFI to not allow updates to the BIOS from the OS or anything running on the OS?

I would like to allow updates to the BIOS from only within the BIOS itself, using a USB flash drive.
