I follow user manual to clear CMOS and now i can enter to UEFI.
Not sure if there is any setting is changed. So i will use default setting instead. Regarding your question, kindly verify the suggestions below:

1. Please install Restart to UEFI ver:1.0.6 utility under Windows environment.
2. Please remove the OS disk from your system.
3. Please refer to user manual page 26 from the link below to clear CMOS.

did you enable ultra fast start up in BIOS? .. or change monitors recently?

you can try the "restart into UEFI" program

Dear, I face a problem now, I cannot enter to UEFI setup using f2/del keys just black screen.
But if I do not press any key and it will boot into win10 and working perfectly.
Is there any method that I can boot into UEFI again?
