No I have not tried it. Just tried resetting csmos battery and jumper but still nothing works. My pc leds fans light up and everything is working just cannot get past bios. I replaced the cmos battery with a brand new one but does the same thing. Have you tried to boot with just 2 memory sticks for a total of 16GB of RAM? Your 4 sticks might be causing this instability. I recently updated the bios of a ab350m motherboard. I was on the bios version 1.20 and I went one update at a time to 3.20. Once I got to this version I tried updating to the next version available called 4.20. As a requirement of this update it ask for you to be on the bios version 3.20 which I was and to turn off and ftrn (something like that) inside the advanced bios settings. This setting was turned off. Now I did the update and it was successful, but when I turn on my pc it boots but before it reaches the bios screen it turn off. I cannot reach the bios screen.

My pc spec:
Ryzen 5 1400
Rx 590
32 GB DDR4
430w PSU
