I want to stop my fans from ramping up and down as my cpu makes small quick changes in temp. I know you can fix that with the fan step up step down settings in bios. But I unlike other brands of MOBO which gives their delay timings in seconds, asrock's only lets you set it in levels from 0-9. So does anyone know what the timing delays are for each step up/down level?
