Just built a new PC and trying to re-learn how to downclock my ram and cpu on this motherboard.

looking for a 4.7ghz on cpu and running ram at 3600.

Everytime i switch from xmp to auto and change ram to 3600 i get the 55 error boot code and it just keeps rebooting until it resets.

So whats the best way to get the timings down and get ram to boot at 3600 into the system.

I'm sure this is a easy task its been years since i've done anything like this.

all in all I'm just looking for lower temps. The config i have now runs cool but i know i can get it even better.

cpu idle: 35c max in gaming 55-60 in warzone COD

gpu idle 40c max in gaming 50-55 in warzone COD

Max temps on cinebench r20: 70-80c
