Try setting your XMP profile and see if that helps stability, it will set all your timings correctly as the profile specs come from the RAM itself.

Oh, no you do not. If you already have the latest version then you do not need to update.

If you are on the latest BIOS then we need to start troubleshooting your problem now.

Have you set your RAM XMP profile in the UEFI?
