Why does after running the start fan test option does 100% power show less of a RPM than 90% power? 80% power shows 1131RPM, 90% shows 1238RPM, but 100% shows 1144RPM.
Does it have something to do with how they're wired? It's 4 Noctua 140mm exhaust fans run together with a 4 way splitter and an extension cable off of 1 header.
