Regarding your question, the solution has been included since BIOS P3.20 version.
Please update BIOS to P3.20 or later version and then make it to work again.

Dear forum member,

I have already set AC POWER Loss to always on in BIOS FCH Common Options page.
However, PC is not able to turn on after power supply is turned on.
Could someone please advise about it? The BIOS I use is 1.30
