I have an  issue with my new built,bios issue or Windows 10 setting?
My computer nerver goes to "full" shutdown,fans,power light still on,the only way is to press the power button more than 4 secondes.
From the bios side, boot mode was set to superfast,fast or the third choice same behaviour!
From windows 10 (uptodate), power options,fast startup option unticked no change.
shortcut on desktop "%windir%\System32\shutdown.exe /s /t 1" no help.
Any suggestion?
