It is freshly formatted (FAT32) and not bootable. It is also the only file in the root directory. Hi everyone! I know this has been posted before but in my case I believe I have tried all of the suggestions and I still have no luck.

I have a B550 Phantom Gaming board and I'm running version 1.10. I'm trying to flash to 1.20. This is a brand new build with no OS yet (will be W10).

I downloaded the zip file from the ASRock website, unzipped, moved the bios file only (it is not a windows flash file) to a FAT32 formatted USB flash drive. I have tried doing this on both USB 2.0 and 3.0 slots, on the case, on the motherboard, nothing works. No matter what I do, it does not detect the file.
