The software
also needs to support and output the necessary channels to your speakers. Most
video/audio software comes with features to enable multi channel output but things
like youtube and other online browser based video/audio sources need either additional
software/external hardware or a browser extension. I know google chrome has several
5.1/7.1 extensions that force output to all speakers.

Edited by Xaltar - 08 Sep 2020 at 2:15pm

I am using a 5.1 surround system through the jacks connection on the board but I acnt output sound from the Rear, center and subwoofer. Only the front stereo speakers play sound.

I am using the Audio drivers+Nahimic package form asrock website so setting things through the Audio console in the latest Windows 10 build.I Can not find an Option for "speaker Fill" that used to be on the old Realtek audio Manager.

But doing the Test tone in Windows sound panel, I can hear sound being played from each speaker.

Any idea how I could fix this problem?

Thanks so much
