Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


Regarding this problem, please refer to following steps to update RGB LED firmware again.

1. Uninstall the ASRock Polychrome utility Control Panel and make sure the ASRRGB folder is disappearing.

2. Download ASRock RGB LED utility by below link and install it.
https://download.asrock.com/Utility/RGB/RGBLED(v1.0.41).zip

3. Type "CMD" in search bar and right click to choose "Run as administrator".

4. Go to RGB app installation folder by typing "cd C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ASRRGBLED\Bin"

5. Flash the RGB chip using the following command "wICPFLASH.exe /file=nu51_1.10"

After step 5, kindly wait about 30 second and the FW flash will be finished.

I have not able to change the onboard X370 K4 LED color via your LED utility. When I try to change other colors it just do nothing; always red shining.
