Asrock makes cheap motherboards, but support really sucks. You can downgrade follwing the guide here:

On the bios page it clearly states:
"*** User will not able to flash previous BIOS once upgrading to this BIOS version."

Hello, I'm having problems with my ASRock x470 Taichi mobo. Its Bluetooth feature does not working and its software has lots of bugs, so that I wanted to downgrade my motherboard's BIOS version P3.5 to P2.0 but ASRock Technical Support just ignoring me. When I bought this mobo they were really helpful but they became useless and rude. I've send them three tickets but they are not responding. I was thinking about that ASRock is a great motherboard manufacturer but I was wrong.
