That board only supports AHCI and IDE modes for the SATA ports. If memory serves RAID configurations are not possible on the H81 chipset unless the motherboard manufacturer includes a separate SATA controller chip on the board which the H81TM-ITX R2.0 does not have. If you are planning on creating a RAID array then you will either need a different motherboard or a raid compatible PCIE SATA controller card but that would leave you with no expansion options as that board only has 1 PCIE x4 slot. The only other option with that board is to try and find a Half mini-PCI Express SATA RAID controller but if you plan on using WIFI in that slot it may be a problem.
