I purchased a x570 Phantom Gaming 4 motherboard and it was missing the I/O shield. I filled out the form on ASRocks site on 9/12 and got a confirmation email but have herd nothing since. I sent an email to their support but have herd nothing as well. How long does it normally take for them to respond to stuff like this.
